My name is Rashad Washington, and I’m the heart behind The Rain City Officiant, serving couples throughout King and Snohomish County. Since launching in January 2021, I’ve had the honor of officiating more than 700 ceremonies of every style—intimate elopements, big celebrations, blended-family ceremonies, cultural traditions, and everything in between.
